Please record an unboxing video upon receiving your order. This video is required as proof for any missing, damaged, or defective items.

🎬 Tip: Start recording from the moment you open the delivery box. Show the entire unpacking process clearly, in one continuous shot. A mobile phone camera is perfectly fine.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped after the official release date, as stated on the product page.
