ATEEZ In-Person Fan Sign Event Participation Guidelines

This event is an in-person fan sign event taking place in London. Please only enter if you are able to attend the event in person.

1. Identity Verification

All winners must complete an identity verification process before entering the venue.

Please bring a valid physical photo ID on the day of the event.

Failure to present a valid ID will result in refusal of entry.

Accepted forms of identification:

• Passport

• UK Driving Licence (Photo Card)

• National Identity Card (EU/EEA Citizens)

• Original Birth Certificate 

Photocopies, screenshots, scanned documents, and digital images will not be accepted.

Applicants under the age of 13 are not eligible to participate in this event.

The name on the identification document must match the name used for the event application and online order.

2. Check-In & Seating

Winner verification and wristband/queue number distribution will begin 60 minutes before the event start time.

Seats will be assigned through an on-site random draw.

The name on your passport/ID must match:

• Your online order name
• Your event application name
  

3. Seating Regulations

Participants must remain seated in their assigned seat before and during the event.

Changing seats or moving to another participant’s seat is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the event.

4. Attendance Policy

Only the selected winner may attend the event.

Transfer, resale, or sharing of winning entries is strictly prohibited.

Any participant found transferring their entry will be removed from the venue and may be restricted from future artist events.

5. Movement Restrictions

Participants may not leave their assigned seat, move between seats, or walk around the venue during the event.

6. Photography & Recording

Photography and video recording are permitted from your assigned seat during the event.

However, photography, video recording, and audio recording while receiving your autograph are strictly prohibited.

All phones, cameras, and electronic devices must remain at your seat while receiving your autograph.

Any participant found recording during the autograph session may be removed from the event.

7. Flash Photography

The use of flash, AF assist lights, and strobe lighting is strictly prohibited.

8. Selfie Sticks & Tripods

Selfie sticks and tripods may only be used within your designated seating area.

Staff may request removal if they obstruct the view or disturb other attendees.

9. Live Streaming

Live streaming via social media platforms is strictly prohibited.

Any participant found live streaming will be removed from the event regardless of whether they have already received an autograph.

10. Physical Contact

Physical contact with the artists is prohibited.

This includes writing on skin, applying stickers, touching hands, or any other direct physical interaction.

11. Autograph Policy

Autographs may only be signed on the official album provided for the event.

The following items are not permitted:

• Album cases
• Photocards
• Personal belongings
• Other merchandise

Autographs will be personalized using the name submitted during the application process.

Requests for nicknames, special messages, drawings, symbols, P.S. notes, or additional text will not be accepted.

Each participant may receive an autograph from the designated artist assigned to their session only.

12. Gifts & Fan Support Items

Gifts, support items, headbands, flower crowns, and other fan sign props may not be given directly to the artists.

Handwritten letters may be submitted to staff before the event begins.

Photobooks, message books, and other items will not be accepted.

13. Re-Entry Policy

Participants who leave the venue without permission will not be allowed to re-enter.

14. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol consumption before or during the event is prohibited.

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or removed from the event.

15. Event Changes

The event schedule, format, and contents may be changed, postponed, or cancelled without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

16. Staff Instructions

Participants who engage in disruptive behaviour or fail to follow staff instructions may be removed from the venue regardless of whether they have received an autograph.

17. Responsibility

Participants are responsible for reviewing all event guidelines.

K-playground will not be responsible for any disadvantages resulting from failure to read and understand these terms.

All guidelines are subject to change depending on operational requirements.

General Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. Albums purchased for this fan sign event are non-refundable once the purchase has been completed.
2. Applicants may enter and win both Session 1 and Session 2. Duplicate entries within the same session are not permitted.
3. Changes to the winner’s name, email address, or contact information will not be permitted after the winner announcement.
4. Personal information will be collected and processed for the purpose of event administration and winner verification.
