📦 Shipping (UK ONLY)

1️⃣ Delivery Area & Carrier
  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
  • All parcels are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 service, depending on your selection at checkout.
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery times may vary for remote and offshore regions including Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands due to regional courier processing.
2️⃣ Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Pre-order items will ship after the official release date.
  • Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next working day.
  • If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be processed and dispatched together once the pre-order item is released to avoid duplicate shipping charges.

Please note: During public holidays, peak seasons or promotional sale periods, processing and delivery times may be delayed. Such delays are not considered valid grounds for refunds or cancellations.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Usually 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Usually 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location and carrier workload.

4️⃣ Shipping Fee
  • Delivery fees vary depending on Royal Mail rate and delivery distance.
  • The final delivery cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
  • Free delivery is available for orders over £100.

🔁 Returns

1️⃣ Eligibility for Return
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unsealed, unused and in original packaging.
  • You must include your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
  • All return requests must be approved in advance via email before sending your item back.

2️⃣ Return Process
  1. Email us at support@kplayground.co.uk with your order number, name, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
  3. Send the item to the provided return address.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
3️⃣ Important Notes
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend filming a complete unboxing video to verify the product’s condition upon arrival.
  • Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged or missing items may not be approved.
4️⃣ Non-returnable Items
  • Seal-opened or used items
  • Photocards, albums, and lightsticks (unless defective)
  • Cosmetic products with broken seals
  • Sale or discounted items
5️⃣ Exchanges
  • Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect products.
  • If the same item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
