📦 Product Condition

• All K-POP albums and merchandise are shipped in their original sealed condition.
• Minor scratches, dents, or creases on the outer packaging (plastic wrap, case, or box) may occur during manufacturing or international shipping and are not considered defects.
• Random components (photocards, member versions, posters, etc.) are not selectable and cannot be exchanged or refunded for personal preference.

🎥 Unboxing Video Required

Please record an unboxing video upon receiving your order. This video is required as proof for any missing, damaged, or defective items.

🎬 Tip: Start recording from the moment you open the delivery box. Show the entire unpacking process clearly, in one continuous shot. A mobile phone camera is perfectly fine.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Pre-order items will be shipped after the official release date, as stated on the product page.
• If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together based on the latest release date.
• If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. This is to avoid double shipping charges. As a result, delivery may be delayed until the pre-order item is ready to ship.

💬 Exchange & Refund Policy

• Please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery for issues such as product defects or missing items.
• Exchanges and refunds are not available for reasons such as minor packaging flaws, random inclusions, or change of mind.
• To process a claim, you must provide both an unboxing video and photos of the product.
