1. Fan Sign Event – 30 Winners

All five BIG OCEAN merchandise products are eligible for the Fan Sign Event application.

  • Application Period: 23–28 October 2026

  • Application Deadline: 28 October 2026, 9:00 AM GMT (UK Time)

  • Winner Announcement: 28 October 2026, at approximately 5:00 PM GMT (via email)

  • Number of Winners: 30

  • Event Format: The Fan Sign Event will operate on a queue-based system (standing queue). No seats will be allocated to participants.

  • Selected participants will be guided by staff and invited to meet the members in queue order.

  • Each eligible merchandise item purchased counts as one entry into the Fan Sign Event draw.

  • Purchasing multiple eligible items increases the number of entries but does not guarantee selection.

  • A total of 30 participants will be selected.


2. Exclusive Purchase Benefit (POB)

  • Each Personal Album purchased includes 1 K-playground Exclusive Member Photocard, matching the selected member version.

    Examples:

    • Purchase 1 PJ Album → Receive 1 PJ Exclusive Photocard.

    • Purchase 2 PJ Albums → Receive 2 PJ Exclusive Photocards.

    • Purchase 1 PJ + 1 JISEOK + 1 CHANYEON Album → Receive all 3 Exclusive Member Photocards.

    POBs are provided according to the member version and quantity purchased.


3. Personal Album Lucky Draw – 3 Winners

Customers who purchase the BIG OCEAN 3rd Mini Album [THE GREATEST BATTLE] (Personal Ver.) will be eligible for the Personal Album Lucky Draw.

Prizes:

  • 1 PJ Signed Photocard

  • 1 JISEOK Signed Photocard

  • 1 CHANYEON Signed Photocard

Total: 3 Winners

Each winner will receive one exclusive signed member photocard.


4. Fan Sign Exclusive Lucky Draw – 3 Winners

Only the 30 selected Fan Sign Event participants will be eligible for this exclusive Lucky Draw.

Prizes:

  • 3 Signed Polaroids (one per member)

  • Total: 3 Winners

Each winner will receive one signed Polaroid.


5. Important Information

  • POBs, Fan Sign Event applications and Lucky Draw prizes are separate benefits.

  • The Personal Album Lucky Draw is exclusively for Personal Album purchasers who are not selected for the Fan Sign Event.

  • Only the 30 selected Fan Sign Event participants are eligible for the Signed Polaroid Lucky Draw.

  • Fan Sign Event applications close on 28 October 2026 at 9:00 AM GMT.

  • Fan Sign Event winners will be announced on 28 October 2026 at approximately 5:00 PM GMT via email.

  • Purchasing merchandise does not guarantee winning any draw.

  • ID Verification: Selected participants must present a valid photo ID matching their registered Fan Sign applicant name.

  • Non-Transferable: Fan Sign Event participation rights are strictly non-transferable.

  • Participants aged 13–17 may be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. However, parents or guardians are not permitted inside the Fan Sign Event area and must wait in a designated area.

  • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    Merchandise purchases made for this event are NON-REFUNDABLE for change of mind or unsuccessful draw entries, except where refunds are required.

    Not being selected for the Fan Sign Event or Lucky Draw does NOT entitle customers to an automatic refund.


6. Lucky Draw Entry & Winner Announcement

  • Each eligible merchandise item purchased provides one Lucky Draw entry for its corresponding product category.

  • Purchasing multiple eligible items provides one entry per item purchased.

  • Personal Album Lucky Draw: Only Personal Album purchasers who are not selected for the Fan Sign Event will be eligible.

  • Lucky Draw Winner Announcement: 29 October 2026 (Thursday).

  • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at checkout.

Q1. Does each merchandise purchase count as one entry? Can I enter multiple times?

Yes! Each eligible merchandise item purchased counts as one entry into the Fan Sign Event draw and one entry into the applicable product Lucky Draw.

For example:

  • Purchase 1 item = 1 entry

  • Purchase 3 items = 3 entries

  • Purchase 5 items = 5 entries

The more eligible items you purchase, the more entries you receive. However, winning is not guaranteed.

Q2. Is there an age limit for the Fan Sign Event?

Yes. Participants must be 13 years old or above.

Fans aged 13–17 may attend with a parent or legal guardian, but parents and guardians will not be permitted inside the Fan Sign Event area.

They may wait in a designated public area of K-playground during the event.

Q3. Do I need to bring identification?

Yes. Selected participants must bring a valid photo ID for identity verification.

The name provided during the application must match the name on the ID.

Fan Sign Event participation is personal and non-transferable.

Q4. Is the Fan Sign Event accessible to fans with disabilities?

Yes. Fans with disabilities are welcome to participate in the Fan Sign Event.

If you have any accessibility requirements or need assistance, please contact K-playground in advance so we can discuss suitable arrangements.

Q5. Can I collect my merchandise in-store if I am visiting London?

Yes! In-store collection is available at K-playground, London, from 2 November 2026.

Please select the Pick Up option at checkout.

You will receive a collection notification by email when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your items.

Q6. Will I receive signatures from all three BIG OCEAN members?

Yes! All selected Fan Sign Event participants will have the opportunity to receive signatures from all three BIG OCEAN members.

The item available for signing depends on the merchandise purchased:

  • Album purchasers: An eligible purchased album can be signed.

  • Card merchandise purchasers (Playing Cards, KSL or ASL): A designated postcard will be provided for signing.

Further signing guidelines will be sent to selected participants before the event.

Q7. Will I receive all three exclusive member photocards if I purchase 3 Personal Albums?

Yes! When you purchase 3 Personal Albums, you are guaranteed to receive the complete set of 3 K-playground Exclusive Member Photocards:

  • 1 × PJ Photocard

  • 1 × JISEOK Photocard

  • 1 × CHANYEON Photocard

You will receive all three different member photocards, with no duplicates.

Q8. When will the winners be announced?

  • Fan Sign Event Winners: 28 October 2026

No. They are separate benefits.
